【摘要】：正为有力推动我国教育立法修法工作,5月17日,北京师范大学中国教育政策研究院在北京召开教育立法修法高层咨询会。全国人大常委、国家督学、政策院执行副院长庞丽娟教授,西北师范大学副校长、政策院副院长刘复兴教授主持会议。会议围绕教育立法修法中的关键问题、原因及建议,依法治教的主体、内容、方式、标准以及依法行
[Abstract]:In order to promote the reform of educational legislation in China, the Institute of Education Policy of Beijing normal University held a high-level consultation meeting in Beijing on May 17. Professor Pang Lijuan, executive vice president of the National people's Congress standing Committee, the State Inspector of the School of Policy, and Professor Liu Fuxing, vice president of the Northwest normal University and vice president of the Policy Institute, presided over the meeting. The meeting revolved around the key issues, reasons and suggestions in the revision of the law on education legislation, the main body, contents, methods, standards and practices of administering education according to law.
