政府法律顾问制度的实施与广西法治政府建设

【摘要】：全面建立与实施政府法律顾问制度是中共十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》中提出的,政府法律顾问制度及其实施对法治政府建设的意义重大。广西壮族自治区人民政府也在积极推行政府法律顾问制度,然而在实施该制度的过程中碰到了一些问题,因此,需要针对这些问题提出相应的解决措施,以进一步推进广西政府法律顾问制度和广西法治政府的建设进程。
[Abstract]:The overall establishment and implementation of the system of government legal advisers was put forward in the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively promoting the Rule of Law on several important issues" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. The system of government legal adviser and its implementation are of great significance to the construction of government ruled by law. The people's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region is also actively promoting the system of government legal advisers. However, in the process of implementing the system, it has encountered some problems. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward corresponding measures to solve these problems. In order to further promote the Guangxi government legal advisory system and Guangxi rule of law government construction process.
