教育综合改革背景下教育立法的理念、问题与对策——复旦大学“教育改革与教育法治”学术研讨会综述

【摘要】：本文通过对复旦大学"教育改革与教育法治"学术研讨会的论文和讨论进行总结与评述,探讨了全面深化改革背景下教育改革和教育立法的互动关系、教育立法需要解决的核心问题、教育治理体系和高校教育自主权等问题,并简要评析了中国现行的教育法学学科发展和人才培养模式。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes and comments the papers and discussions of the symposium on "Educational Reform and Educational Rule by Law" in Fudan University, and probes into the interactive relationship between educational reform and educational legislation under the background of comprehensive deepening of reform. The key problems to be solved in education legislation, such as the educational governance system and the educational autonomy of colleges and universities, are discussed in this paper, and the current educational discipline development and talent training mode in China are briefly analyzed.
