对深入推进依法治军的理性思考

【摘要】：正党的十八届四中全会把深入推进依法治军、从严治军作为党建军治军的基本方略。依法治军在军队建设中具有全局性和战略性地位,是保证部队建设稳步发展、推进强军目标的坚实基础。各级党员干部须善用法治思维。《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)指出,要提高党员干部法治思维和依法办事能力。近年来,通过深入开展学习实践科学发展观和党的群众路线教育实践活动,各级办事依法、遇事找法、解决问题用法、化解矛盾靠法的意识
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made it a basic strategy for the Party to run the army according to law and strictly administer the army. Administering the army according to law has an overall and strategic position in the building of the army and is a solid foundation for ensuring the steady development of the army construction and advancing the goal of strengthening the army. Party members and cadres at all levels must make good use of the thinking of the rule of law. In recent years, through the in-depth study and practice of scientific development concept and the Party's mass line education and practice activities, we have handled affairs according to law at all levels, found laws, solved problems and solved the consciousness of relying on law to resolve contradictions.
