推动清真寺管理规范的几点思考

【摘要】：正创建和谐寺观教堂,既是实现宗教和睦的基本要求,也是对社会和谐做贡献的具体体现。为推动和谐寺观教堂创建活动的不断深入,保持创建活动的生机与活力,针对当前宗教活动场所管理存在的突出问题,国家宗教局决定,开展以"规范"为主题的和谐寺观教堂创建活动,并指出通过开展"规范年"创建活动,促进宗教活动场所管理的规范化。一、清真寺规范管理的法规和制度来源我国宗教活动场所的管理,由政府行政管理和宗教界自我管理两个方面组成。
