终端种业存在的问题及对策分析

【摘要】：终端种业(终端种子销售商和终端种子执法部门)存在着销售网点多、销售品种过多的问题,加大了种子执法的难度,特别是主要作物的主产区这种状况十分普遍,通过对终端种业存在的问题及其产生的原因进行分析,提出了解决终端种业问题的对策。
[Abstract]:In the terminal seed industry (terminal seed seller and terminal seed law enforcement department), there are many sales outlets and too many sales varieties, which makes it more difficult to enforce the law of seeds, especially in the main producing areas of major crops. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the terminal seed industry and its causes, the countermeasures to solve the terminal seed industry problems are put forward.
