水污染防治法修正案草案:未安装监测设备处20万元以下罚款
[Abstract]:The 25th meeting of the standing Committee of the Twelfth National people's Congress deliberated on the provisions of the Amendment (draft) to the Law on Prevention and Control of Water pollution of the people's Republic of China. Ordering the suspension of production for rectification: (1) failing to install automatic monitoring equipment for the discharge of water pollutants in accordance with regulations or failing to connect with the monitoring equipment of the competent environmental protection department in accordance with the regulations, and to ensure the normal operation of the testing equipment; (2) failing to monitor the discharged water pollutants on their own and keeping original monitoring records in accordance with the regulations; (3) failing to monitor the discharge outlets of toxic and harmful water pollutants and the surrounding environment in accordance with the regulations.
