京津冀协同发展背景下河北法治环境建设机制研究

【摘要】：京津冀协同发展是重大国家战略。河北省既面临重要的战略机遇期,又面临许多问题和挑战。当前,河北省应在以下方面做出努力:以理念思维协同形成法治建设软环境;以人力资源协同营造法治建设智力环境;以社会治理协同夯实法治环境建设基础;构建区域安全协同机制等。通过打造良好法治环境,促进河北经济社会全面发展,为京津冀协同发展做出积极贡献。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is a major national strategy. Hebei Province faces not only important strategic opportunity period, but also many problems and challenges. At present, Hebei Province should make efforts in the following aspects: forming soft environment of rule of law construction by idea thinking coordination, creating intellectual environment of rule of law construction with human resources coordination, strengthening the foundation of legal environment construction with social governance coordination; Build regional security coordination mechanism and so on. By creating a good environment of rule of law, promoting the overall development of Hebei economy and society, and making a positive contribution to the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
