我国信息媒体传播权及公众人物名誉权探讨

【摘要】：正近年来,随着新闻媒体的高速发展,电视、广播、报纸、网络将新闻同受众间的距离拉得越来越近,新闻媒体手中的传播权被广泛应用于日常生活中。公众人物的名誉权与信息媒体传播权间的利害冲突也呈现激增的趋势。从众多冲突性事件中我们不难发现,很多都是以媒体败诉告终。我国目前并没有正式颁布新闻法,也没有其他法律对公众人物进行界定,也没有相关法律区分到底什么是公众人物的名誉权、什么是普通人的名誉权。一旦有信息媒体传播权与公众人物

The conflicts of interest between the reputation of public figures and the right of information media communication also show a trend of proliferation.
