构建煤炭行业知识产权培训机制探讨

【摘要】:煤炭工业是我国能源的支柱产业,煤炭产业的发展促进了我国经济的飞速发展,也为社会提供了大量的就业机会。随着我国经济进入新常态以来,煤炭行业遇到了发展瓶颈,解决问题的关键在于加强技术创新,提高自主知识产权,增强企业核心竞争力。因此,不断加强煤炭行业知识产权人才的培养具有非常重要的意义。文章根据煤炭行业的特点,针对管理部门、科研院所、企业、行业协会的不同特点和需要,研究构建适合我国煤炭行业需要的立体知识产权培训体系和培训机制,助力煤炭行业的知识创新和成果转化。
[Abstract]:Coal industry is the pillar industry of energy in our country. The development of coal industry has promoted the rapid development of our country's economy and provided a lot of employment opportunities for the society. As our country's economy has entered the new normal, the coal industry has encountered the bottleneck of development. The key to solve the problem lies in strengthening technological innovation, improving independent intellectual property rights and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to continuously strengthen the training of intellectual property talents in coal industry. In view of the different characteristics and needs of management departments, scientific research institutes, enterprises and trade associations, this paper studies the construction of a three-dimensional intellectual property training system and training mechanism suitable for the needs of China's coal industry, which can help the knowledge innovation and transformation of the coal industry.
