河北省知识产权发展战略研究

【摘要】：目前，随着经济全球化进程加快，以专利为核心的知识产权贸易已成为世界贸易的重要组成部分，与货物贸易、服务贸易共同构成世界贸易的三大支柱，而且今年来知识产权贸易已超过世界贸易的三分之一，在世界贸易中占有愈加重要的地位，知识产权已成为国际经济、科技、军事竞争的焦点和有力武器。本文通过对河北省知识产权发展现状的综合分析，从历史数据、优劣势对比等方面与知识产权发展先进省份如广东、浙江、上海、江苏等省份进行了比较，进一步对河北省限制知识产权发展的有关因素进行了分析，进而指出了其发展的优势和潜力所在，结合实际省情，提出了促进河北省知识产权战略又好又快发展的意见和建议。本文对河北省知识产权发展战略进行了详细分析，并提出了有建设性的意见和建议，有情况、有分析、有建议，具有一定的借鉴性和可操作性，现实性意义较强。特别是结合河北省情，对河北省加快知识产权战略发展所具有的优势和潜力，，以及加快发展河北省知识产权战略对经济增长起到的积极作用，都有比较详细的描述。由于笔者理论水平所限，本文主要对河北省知识产权战略的发展情况进行了具体思考，理论视野、思路窄了一些，理论深度不够，还有待于进一步研究探索。
[Abstract]:At present, with the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, intellectual property trade with patent as the core has become an important part of world trade. Together with trade in goods and services, it constitutes the three pillars of world trade. Moreover, intellectual property trade has exceeded 1/3 of world trade this year, occupying an increasingly important position in world trade. Intellectual property has become the focus and powerful weapon of international economy, science and technology, military competition. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the development of intellectual property in Hebei Province, this paper compares it with the provinces of advanced intellectual property development such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu and so on from the aspects of historical data, comparison of advantages and disadvantages, etc. This paper further analyzes the factors restricting the development of intellectual property rights in Hebei Province, points out the advantages and potentials of its development, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions to promote the development of intellectual property rights strategy of Hebei Province in light of the actual situation of the province. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the development strategy of intellectual property rights in Hebei Province, and puts forward some constructive opinions and suggestions, including situation, analysis and suggestions, which have certain reference and maneuverability, and are of great practical significance. Especially in combination with the situation of Hebei Province, the advantages and potential of speeding up the development of intellectual property strategy in Hebei Province and the positive role of accelerating the development of intellectual property strategy in Hebei Province on economic growth have been described in detail. Due to the limitation of the author's theoretical level, this paper mainly thinks about the development of the intellectual property strategy in Hebei Province. The theoretical field of vision, the thinking is a little narrower, the theoretical depth is not enough, and it needs further research and exploration.
