基于“北斗”的列车监视管理系统硬件设计

【摘要】:本文介绍了基于“北斗”的列车监视管理系统硬件设计部分,该系统是集定位导航、数据通信、管理监控等功能于一体的多功能平台。由车载显控终端、车载代理模块、导航定位模块、地面监控和管理调试平台四部分组成。本文重点论述了车载显控终端模块硬件部分设计方法。 目前,市场上的列车监视管理系统主要依靠国外进口,,价格昂贵,升级维护不方便。而国内同类产品较少,性能也一般。本文主要工作就是开发具有自主知识产权的基于“北斗”的列车监视管理系统硬件部分,该系统不仅能够满足导航、通信、管理、监控等基本功能,并且还要能够适应列车运行环境。 经过对功能需求的分析论证,本项目选用ATMEL公司生产的AT91SAM9X35这款ARM芯片作为核心处理器。项目利用“北斗”系统实现定位和通信,通过液晶屏将电子地图显示出来。系统具有触摸屏,按键,指示灯,并且具有语音播报功能;同时提供丰富的对外接口,包括USB接口、Ethernet接口、I2C接口等。 本文首先对系统功能需求和技术指标进行细致分析,结合实际情况,确定了系统的整体结构布局和硬件电路芯片型号,然后对于关键技术部分进行重点的分析论证,主要有大容量存储芯片电路、高速USB接口电路、以太网接口电路和音频电路等,确定了关键技术解决方案,对于其它硬件功能模块,逐一分析并详细介绍了解决方案。最后,给出了整个系统的调试过程和结果分析。 根据调试结果分析,整个系统的功能满足要求,测试指标达到使用标准,长时间运行测试显示系统运行稳定,状态良好。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the hardware design of train monitoring and management system based on "Beidou". The system is a multi-functional platform with the functions of positioning and navigation, data communication, management and monitoring and so on. It consists of four parts: vehicle display and control terminal, vehicle agent module, navigation and positioning module, ground monitoring and management and debugging platform. This paper focuses on the design method of the hardware part of the vehicle display and control terminal module. At present, the train surveillance management system in the market mainly depends on foreign imports, expensive and inconvenient to upgrade and maintain. But domestic similar product is less, the performance is also general. The main work of this paper is to develop the hardware part of the "Beidou" based train monitoring management system with independent intellectual property rights. The system can not only meet the basic functions of navigation, communication, management, monitoring, etc. And must be able to adapt to train operation environment. Through the analysis and demonstration of the function requirement, this project chooses the AT91SAM9X35 chip produced by ATMEL Company as the core processor. The project uses Beidou system to locate and communicate, display electronic map through LCD screen. The system has touch screen, keystroke and indicator light, and has the function of voice broadcast. It also provides rich external interfaces, including USB interface, Ethernet interface, I2C interface and so on. In this paper, the functional requirements and technical specifications of the system are analyzed in detail, and the overall structure of the system and the model of the hardware circuit chip are determined in combination with the actual situation, and then the key technical parts are analyzed and demonstrated. The key technical solutions are determined, such as large capacity memory chip circuit, high speed USB interface circuit, Ethernet interface circuit and audio circuit. For other hardware function modules, the solution is analyzed and introduced in detail. Finally, the debugging process and result analysis of the whole system are given. According to the analysis of debugging results, the function of the whole system meets the requirements, the test index reaches the standard of use, and the long-running test shows that the system is running stably and in good condition.
