【摘要】：纺织袜业作为辽源市优势特色产业,近些年在创业就业、财政税收、经济发展等方面为辽源做出了巨大贡献。东北袜业园作为吉林省乃至全国最具特色的纺织工业园区成长迅速,园区已建设厂房和附属设施120万平方米,各类企业入园756户,棉袜年产能23亿双,产值65亿元。直接和间接安置就业人数近3万人。由于东北袜业纺织工业园的快速崛起,辽源袜业产业规模跃居全国第二位,中国纺织工业协会和中国针织工业协会多次评价吉林省辽源市为“中国袜业名城”和“中国棉袜之乡”。园区优势特色在全国范围具有典型的示范意义,得到了国家、省里和国内业界的高度认可。《吉林省十三五规划》中明确提出要在全省推广辽源东北袜业园“平台+服务”运营模式。纺织袜业在我国是一项劳动密集型的传统工业,面对新的国际、国内竞争环境和发展机遇,纺织袜业更应积极推进新一代信息化技术与产业的深度融合,加快纺织行业信息技术应用标准,提升行业智能化水平,不断提搞企业竞争力,实现新常态下的结构调整和产业升级。本文通过对东北袜业纺织工业园两化融合现状分析,国内外纺织工业企业两化融合的现状与发展趋势,发现东北袜业纺织工业园两化融合中存在的问题,提出改进措施。通过实施信息化与企业设计制造的融合;信息化与企业经营管理的融合;信息化与企业安全生产的融合;信息化与企业产品销售的融合;信息化与企业运营环境的融合达到对其两化融合体系改进的目的。
[Abstract]:Textile and socks industry as Liaoyuan City advantage characteristic industry, in recent years in entrepreneurial employment, fiscal and tax. As the most characteristic textile industrial park in Jilin Province and even in the whole country, the Northeast Sox Park has grown rapidly. The park has built 1.2 million square meters of factory buildings and ancillary facilities. The annual production capacity of cotton socks is 2.3 billion pairs, the output value is 6.5 billion yuan. The number of direct and indirect employment is nearly 30,000. Due to the rapid rise of northeast socks textile industrial park. Liaoyuan socks industry scale leapt to the second place in the country. The China Textile Industry Association and the China Knitting Industry Association have repeatedly appraised Liaoyuan City in Jilin Province as "the famous city of Chinese socks industry" and "the hometown of Chinese cotton socks". Got the country. The provincial and domestic industries are highly recognized. The 13th Five-Year Plan of Jilin Province clearly proposes to promote "platform service" in Liaoning Northeast socks Industry Park in the province. The textile and stockings industry is a labor-intensive traditional industry in China. In the face of the new international, domestic competitive environment and development opportunities, textile socks industry should actively promote the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and industry, and accelerate the application standards of information technology in textile industry. Improve the level of industry intelligence, constantly promote the competitiveness of enterprises, realize the structural adjustment and industrial upgrading under the new normal. This paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of the Northeast Sox Textile Industrial Park. The present situation and development trend of the integration of domestic and foreign textile industry enterprises are found out the problems existing in the integration of the two types of textile industrial park of northeast socks industry and the improvement measures are put forward through the implementation of information technology and the integration of enterprise design and manufacture; The integration of information and enterprise management; The integration of information technology and enterprise safety production; The integration of informatization and enterprise product sales; The integration of informatization and enterprise operation environment achieves the purpose of improving the fusion system.
