重庆市汽车产业可持续发展动力机制与对策研究

【摘要】:重庆市汽车产业在重庆经济发展中占有重要的地位,是重庆市五大支柱产业之一,带动了重庆市经济全面、快速地发展,也能带动相关产业的发展。但是,燃油汽车的不断增加不仅带来了严重的环境污染,也威胁着国家的能源安全,使我国的石油对外依存度越来越高。与此同时,重庆汽车产业面临着产业结构不合理、技术水平低、自主研发能力弱等问题,新能源汽车也面临着基础设施不完善、续航能力差、关键技术没有突破、市场认可度低等问题,进一步制约了经济的可持续发展。在此背景下,本文在分析重庆汽车产业现状的基础上,运用系统动力学理论,构建了重庆汽车产业可持续发展的系统动力学模型,深入分析了汽车产业可持续发展的动力机制,将汽车产业可持续发展系统划分为环境与能源动力子系统、技术创新动力子系统、政府支持动力子系统和市场需求动力子系统,对各个子系统之间的内在动力机理进行了详细的分析,并运用重庆汽车产业相关数据进行仿真分析,寻找影响重庆汽车产业可持续发展的主要问题和关键因素。研究表明,技术创新、政府、环境与市场是重庆市汽车产业可持续发展的三大驱动力,而随着产学研合作力度的不断增大,对企业创新能力的促进作用越来越小,且提高汽车产业的市场集中度不能有效提高企业的创新能力。最后,结合重庆汽车产业的实际情况,为有效促进汽车产业可持续发展,根据仿真结果分析提出了相关对策建议。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry of Chongqing occupies an important position in the economic development of Chongqing. It is one of the five pillar industries in Chongqing city. It has led the economy of Chongqing to develop rapidly and rapidly, and it can also promote the development of related industries. However, the continuous increase of fuel vehicles not only brings serious environmental pollution, but also threatens the energy security of the country, and makes China the country's energy security. At the same time, the automobile industry in Chongqing is facing problems such as irrational industrial structure, low technical level and weak research and development ability. New energy vehicles are also faced with imperfect infrastructure, poor endurance, no breakthrough in key technologies and low market recognition, which further restrict the availability of the economy. In this context, on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the automobile industry in Chongqing, the system dynamics model of the sustainable development of the automobile industry in Chongqing is built on the basis of the system dynamics theory, and the dynamic mechanism of the sustainable development of the automobile industry is deeply analyzed, and the sustainable development system of the automobile industry is divided into the environment and energy power. Subsystem, technology innovation power subsystem, government support power subsystem and market demand power subsystem, analyze the internal dynamic mechanism of each subsystem in detail, and use the related data of Chongqing automobile industry to carry out simulation analysis to find the main problems and key factors that affect the sustainable development of Chongqing car industry. The research shows that the technological innovation, the government, the environment and the market are the three driving forces for the sustainable development of the automobile industry in Chongqing, and with the increasing cooperation of the industry and research institutes, the promotion of the innovation ability of the enterprises is becoming smaller and smaller, and the improvement of the market concentration of the automobile industry can not effectively improve the innovation ability of the enterprises. In light of the actual situation of the automobile industry, in order to effectively promote the sustainable development of the automobile industry, based on the analysis of the simulation results, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
