广发银行电子银行业务存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：随着互联网技术的不断创新与发展,互联网经济进入快速发展的阶段,同时在金融领域明显出现的混合经营的情况下,传统银行业务的发展受到多方压力,随着不断的创新与发展,竞争也日益激烈,银行业的发展必然要进行革新,开拓新的发展领域,电子银行的出现为银行发展找到了新的方向。电子银行是银行业发展的新的创新领域,其本身的优势主要体现在低交易成本、低运营成本、服务时间不受限制以及为客户提供个性化服务等特点。本文通过运用理论与实际相结合的方法,对目前广发银行电子银行业务的发展进行的较为深刻的分析。首先分析了在发展过程中所遇到的问题,其次针对此类问题所形成的原因进行分析,最后结合广发银行自身在电子银行业务发展的特点提出相应对策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous innovation and development of Internet technology, the Internet economy has entered a stage of rapid development. At the same time, the development of traditional banking business has been under pressure from many parties under the circumstances of the obvious mixed operation in the financial field. With the continuous innovation and development, the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The development of the banking industry is bound to carry out innovation and open up new fields of development. The emergence of electronic banking has found a new direction for the development of banks. Electronic banking is a new innovation field in the development of banking, its own advantages are mainly reflected in low transaction costs, low operating costs, The service time is not limited and provides the individualized service for the customer and so on. This paper makes a deep analysis of the current development of the electronic banking business of the Guangdong Development Bank. Firstly, it analyzes the problems encountered in the process of development, and then analyzes the reasons for the formation of such problems. Finally, according to the characteristics of Guangfa Bank in the development of electronic banking business, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
