高校项目建设专项资金绩效评价研究

【摘要】：随着财政专项资金对高校投入力度的加大,高校逐渐成为工程腐败浪费的重灾区,究其原因就是高校项目建设缺乏有效的绩效评价体系。文章基于当前高校项目建设专项资金管理现状,指出加强高校项目建设专项资金绩效评价的必要性,并尝试构建一套适合高校发展的项目建设专项资金绩效评价体系,期望能够促进高校项目建设专项资金的有效使用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing investment of special financial funds to colleges and universities, colleges and universities are gradually becoming the worst disaster areas for project corruption and waste. The reason is the lack of an effective performance evaluation system for university project construction. Based on the current situation of fund management of university project construction, the paper points out the necessity of strengthening the performance evaluation of university project construction special fund. It also tries to construct a set of performance evaluation system of project construction special fund which is suitable for the development of colleges and universities, which is expected to promote the effective use of the special fund for university project construction.
