基于应用型人才培养的《高级财务会计》课程教学改革探索

【摘要】：培养具有不断学习新知识、创造新事物能力的应用型会计人才,是开放教育需要进一步探索的人才培养模式,其核心在于课程教学模式改革。《高级财务会计》是会计学专业学生必修的一门专业主干课程,根据"宽口径、厚基础、高素质、强能力"的教学管理目标和培养应用型会计人才的育人目标,结合多年来从事该课程教学的心得体会和学生调查反馈情况,本文主要针对国家开放大学会计专业人才的培养目标,详细分析了该课程的特点及教育教学过程中的现状,提出了《高级财务会计》课程教学的改革思路,寻求有效的会计学专业应用型人才培养模式。
[Abstract]:Cultivating applied accounting talents with the ability to continuously learn new knowledge and create new things is a talent training model that needs to be further explored in open education. The core of this course is the reform of the teaching mode of the course. "Advanced Financial Accounting" is a required major course for accounting students. According to "wide caliber, thick foundation, high quality," The teaching management goal of "strong ability" and the education goal of cultivating applied accounting talents, combined with the experience of teaching in this course for many years and the students' investigation and feedback, Aiming at the training goal of accounting professionals in National Open University, this paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of the course and the present situation in the course of education and teaching, and puts forward the reform ideas of the course of Advanced Financial Accounting. To seek an effective training model of applied talents in accounting major.
