美国食品营养强化发展经验及对我国的启示

【摘要】:食品营养强化主要通过向食物中添加特定营养素,增加其营养成分从而预防相关疾病的发生,是改善国民微量营养素缺乏的重要途径之一。美国食品营养强化经历了90多年的发展历程,其营养强化范围广,普及程度高,法规标准比较完备。通过对美国强化食品的发展历程进行研究,借鉴其中有效的管理方法和经验,为今后我国强化食品的发展提供了有益的思路。通过对我国强化食品现状和存在问题的分析,借鉴美国的相关经验,认为需要完善我国有关营养强化的法规标准,加大技术研发在保持营养和口感的同时降低成本,增强政府的政策和资金支持力度,同时加大宣传力度,提高消费者对营养强化食物的认知程度。
[Abstract]:Food nutrition fortification is one of the important ways to improve the national micronutrient deficiency by adding specific nutrients to the food and increasing the nutritional components to prevent the occurrence of related diseases. American food nutrition fortification has experienced more than 90 years of development. It has a wide range, high popularization and perfect regulations and standards. Through the research on the development course of American fortified food and the effective management methods and experience, it provides a useful way of thinking for the future development of fortified food in China. By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of fortified food in China and drawing lessons from the relevant experience of the United States, it is considered that it is necessary to perfect the regulations and standards of nutrition fortification in our country, and increase the technological research and development to reduce the cost while maintaining nutrition and taste. Strengthen government policy and financial support, and increase publicity to enhance consumer awareness of nutritionally fortified foods.
