关于船舶建造项目目标成本管理引入工时管理的可行性研究

【摘要】：在我国经济发展"新常态"形势下,船舶建造行业迎来了产业高端化、经营国际化、经济服务化发展机遇,同时又面临着换档增速强动力、调整结构激活力、内部改革挖潜力的严峻挑战与考验。本文按照"是什么、为什么、怎么办"的思路,着力探讨将目标成本管理引入工时管理的手段、路径和方式方法,为推进船舶建造行业可持续发展提供有力的理论与实践支撑。
[Abstract]:In that "new normal" of economic development in our country, the shipbuilding industry of the ship usher in the opportunity of high-end industry, internationalization of operation and economic service, and at the same time it faces the serious challenge and test of the strong power of shift, the adjustment of the adjustment structure and the potential of internal reform. In this paper, what, why, what to do is to explore the means, paths and ways to introduce the target cost management into the man-hour management, and provide a powerful theory and practical support for the sustainable development of the ship construction industry.
