历史时期徐州水环境变迁与城市兴衰研究

【摘要】:城市与水环境之间存在着相互促进、相互制约的动态关系。水环境作为一个复杂的自然与人文复合系统,在其长期演变过程中,往往导致城市发展的相应变化;反之亦然。本文着重研究历史时期徐州水环境变迁与其城市发展的动态关系,揭示徐州城市兴盛与衰落的深层次原因,为新时期徐州建设特大型区域性中心城市提供一定的历史借鉴。本文在充分研读国内外相关文献的基础上,以人类活动为主体,阐述水环境所具有的水资源功能、交通运输功能、军事防卫功能、生态环境功能、旅游美学功能等,并论述水环境通过影响城市人口规模、空间形态、城市产业、城市基础设施建设、人民生活水平等方面,直接或间接地影响城市发展。然后,以徐州市6区(铜山区,泉山区,云龙区,鼓楼区,九里区,贾汪区)及丰县、沛县、邳州为考察对象,运用中心地理论、人地关系理论、城市形态理论、生态城市理论等基础理论,采用GIS、CORELDRAW等现代技术软件,通过查阅大量相关历史资料,经过多次实地调研考证后,重现徐州沂沭泗水系、故黄河水系、大运河水系的历史分布与演变过程,指出其对徐州城市兴衰的动态影响,并揭示徐州城市发展变迁的主要规律。最后针对新时期徐州城市可持续发展的目标,提出徐州城市与水环境可持续发展的有效对策与措施。通过研究,本文得到以下主要结论:(1)历史时期徐州城市的繁盛主要是由于徐州地处故黄河、沂沭泗等河流的流经区域,用于农业灌溉的水资源丰富,因而促进了徐州早期农业经济的发展;充沛的水源也为冶炼业提供了大量用水;平缓的河流极大地促进了水运业的发展;(2)黄河南徙期间,由于自然和人为因素的共同作用,徐州境内水灾频发,城市经济经历了由盛到衰的转变;(3)近代以来徐州城市衰落的深层原因主要由于漕运易途,当黄河北徙、运河淤塞、铁路兴建时,漕运转海,致使徐州漕运中枢位置急速改变,城市走向衰落。
[Abstract]:There is a dynamic relationship between city and water environment, which promotes and restricts each other. As a complex complex system of nature and humanity, water environment often leads to the corresponding changes of urban development in its long-term evolution process. This paper focuses on the dynamic relationship between the changes of water environment in Xuzhou and its urban development during the historical period, and reveals the deep reasons for the prosperity and decline of Xuzhou city. This paper provides some historical reference for Xuzhou to build a super large regional central city in the new period. On the basis of a thorough study of relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper, taking human activities as the main body, expounds the water resources function of water environment. Traffic and transportation function, military defense function, ecological environment function, tourism aesthetic function, etc. The paper discusses water environment through influencing urban population scale, spatial form, urban industry, urban infrastructure construction, people's living standard and so on. Directly or indirectly affecting the development of the city. Then, taking the 6th District of Xuzhou City (Tongshan District, Quanshan District, Yunlong District, Gulou District, Jiuli District, Jiawang District) and Fengxian, Peixian and Pizhou as the objects of investigation, using the central land theory, the theory of man-land relations, The basic theories such as urban morphology theory, ecological city theory, and so on, using modern technical software such as GIS-CORELDRAW, through consulting a large number of related historical data, after many field investigations and textual research, reappear the Xuzhou Yishusi River system, so the Yellow River water system, The historical distribution and evolution of the Grand Canal water system, its dynamic influence on the rise and fall of Xuzhou city, and the main laws of the urban development and vicissitude of Xuzhou are pointed out. Finally, the goal of sustainable development of Xuzhou city in the new period is pointed out. The effective countermeasures and measures for the sustainable development of Xuzhou city and water environment are put forward. Through the study, the following main conclusions are obtained: the prosperity of Xuzhou city during the historical period is mainly due to the location of Xuzhou in the Yellow River and the flowing area of the Yishusi River. The abundant water resources for agricultural irrigation contributed to the development of the early agricultural economy of Xuzhou; abundant water sources also provided a large amount of water for the smelting industry; the gentle rivers greatly promoted the development of the water transportation industry; during the southward migration of the Yellow River, Due to the combination of natural and human factors, frequent floods occurred in Xuzhou, and the urban economy experienced a transformation from prosperity to decline. The deep causes of urban decline in Xuzhou since modern times were mainly due to the change of water transportation, when the Yellow River moved northward and the canal was blocked. When the railway was built, the water transport turned to sea, resulting in the rapid change of Xuzhou water transport center position and the decline of the city.
