基于智慧技术的历史建筑密集区公共安全防御体系研究

【摘要】:历史建筑密集区是城市积累下来的重要资源,见证了城市的起源、发展或者某一段历史时期的城市文化,其所承载的历史信息和文化价值,具有不可代替的意义。然而,这些文化遗产,在自然灾害和人为灾害面前,又是显得那么脆弱。众多的突发灾害常常毫无预兆、迅速击溃历史建筑密集区的安全防御系统,造成大量物质文化遗产的损坏,并威胁着街区内居民的生命安全。特别是近几年以来,我国历史建筑密集区灾害发生的频率越发频繁,火灾、地震、洪涝、滑坡、泥石流等自然和人为灾害时有发生。因此,加强历史建筑密集区的承灾能力,提高街区公共安全防御的水平,对保护历史文化遗产和居民生命安全至关重要。鉴于历史建筑密集区的特殊性,本文突破传统公共安全防御的措施方法,将智慧技术应用在公共安全防御体系的建设中,希望能够利用智慧技术快速高效、精细准确、以及空间限制较小的技术优势,来弥补历史建筑密集区现有安全防御体系的不足,加强历史建筑密集区公共安全防御措施和管理手段的有效性和可靠性,构建适合历史建筑密集区的公共安全防御体系。本文共分为五部分。首先对相关概念进行了界定与说明,明确了研究对象,在总结分析国内外研究现状基础上,提出本文的研究框架;其次,对智慧城市的技术体系进行了分析研究,阐述了智慧技术的应用方法及特点,特别是在历史建筑密集区、以及公共安全防御中的应用优势;然后,对历史建筑密集区现有公共安全防御体系的脆弱性和不适应性进行了深入分析,明确历史建筑密集区公共安全防御体系建设的重要内容;在此基础上,利用智慧技术,构建适合历史建筑密集区的公共安全防御体系框架,以及子系统内容;最后通过实例运用,说明基于智慧技术的历史建筑密集区公共安全防御体系的规划内容和方法。
[Abstract]:The historical building dense area is an important resource accumulated by the city. It has witnessed the city's origin, development or the urban culture of a certain historical period. The historical information and cultural value carried by it have irreplaceable significance.However, these cultural heritage, in the face of natural and man-made disasters, is so fragile.Many sudden disasters often break down the security and defense system of the historical building dense area without warning, resulting in a large number of material and cultural heritage damage, and threatening the lives of residents in the block.Especially in recent years, natural and man-made disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, landslide, debris flow and other natural and man-made disasters have occurred more frequently in the historical building concentrated areas of our country, such as fire, earthquake, flood, landslide, debris flow and so on.Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the disaster bearing capacity of the districts with concentrated historical buildings and to improve the level of public safety and defense in the blocks for the protection of historical and cultural heritage and the safety of residents' lives.In view of the particularity of the area with dense historical buildings, this paper breaks through the measures of traditional public security defense and applies intelligent technology to the construction of public security defense system, hoping to make use of intelligent technology to quickly and efficiently, precisely and accurately.As well as the technological advantages of small space constraints to make up for the shortcomings of the existing security defense system in areas with concentrated historical buildings, and to strengthen the effectiveness and reliability of public safety defense measures and management measures in areas with concentrated historical buildings,Construct the public security defense system suitable for the historical building dense area.This paper is divided into five parts.Firstly, the related concepts are defined and explained, and the research object is defined. On the basis of summing up and analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad, the research framework of this paper is put forward. Secondly, the technological system of the intelligent city is analyzed and studied.This paper expounds the application methods and characteristics of intelligent technology, especially in the areas with dense historical buildings, as well as the advantages of application in public safety defense.In this paper, the vulnerability and inadaptability of the existing public security defense system in the historical building-intensive areas are analyzed, and the important contents of the public security defense system construction in the historical building-concentrated areas are clarified, on the basis of which, the intelligent technology is used.Finally, the planning content and method of the public security defense system based on intelligent technology in the historical building dense area are illustrated through the application of an example to construct the framework of public security defense system suitable for the historical building dense area and the content of the subsystem.
