综合式老年社区的规划设计与居住建筑设计要点研究

【摘要】：在1999年我国成为了世界上老年人口最多的老龄社会国家。通过观察已经进入人口老龄化的经济发达国家,人口老龄化对社会经济发展会产生很大的影响,涉及社会经济发展的方方面面,无论是社会的投资、生产、流通,还是储蓄与消费等,都是有关于社会经济结构、社会发展方面的根本问题。目前我国已经进入人口老龄化快速发展阶段,为了切实解决人口老龄化问题,在前年的九月份,我国的《国务院关于加快发展养老服务业的若干意见》发布,提出“到2020年,全面建成以居家为基础、社区为依托、机构为支撑的,功能完善、规模适度、覆盖城乡的养老服务体系”,以及“凡新建城区和新建居住(小)区,要按标准要求配套建设养老服务设施,并与住宅同步规划、同步建设、同步验收、同步交付使用”。本课题在了解学习国内外老年社区理论发展过程与借鉴分析国内外优秀老年社区案例的基础上,专注于综合式老年社区这一方向进行重点研究。本文一共由六个章节构成:前两个章节为第一部分:主要介绍课题研究的基本情况和方法框架。概述国内外老年社区的研究理论与设计实践,结合我国实际国情,通过相互比较与借鉴,对我国老年养老社区发展的思考。第三章至第五章为第二部分:主要从老年社区的开发模式、功能组合、规划设计与建筑设计几个方面进行论述,包含了本文重要的研究成果。第三章内容上,从分析老年人的生理与心理研究出发,总结出老年人的生活需求,为后续研究做基础,搜集总结目前已有的养老模式与老年社区开发模式,分析适合于综合式老年社区的功能构成。第四章为综合式老年社区的规划设计要点,包含规模控制、空间结构、场地设计、道路设计与绿化设计的要点分析。第五章为建筑设计要点分析,重点为住宅设计要点、公寓类要点与休闲娱乐老年建筑要点。第六章与后记为第三部分:分别为项目实践与对老年社区发展的观点总结。第六章为项目实践,通过实际设计来对理论研究进行运用。后记部分则是对全文的总结与对未来老年社区发展的展望。
