基于温差发电的混凝土模拟液中钢筋阴极保护

【摘要】:采用温差发电片作为电源,混凝土模拟孔隙液作为介质,研究温差发电应用于钢筋阴极保护的可行性.结合半电池电位、线性极化、Tafel曲线和电化学噪声,分析了温差发电单元对钢筋进行阴极保护的效果.结果表明:温差发电单元具有与直流电源相同的电学性能,内阻不会随着两端温差变化而明显变化;在阴极保护系统中温差发电单元具有很好的稳定性,实施阴极保护可以使钢筋电位负移至保护电位;阴极保护后钢筋的腐蚀速率大大减小,从腐蚀状态进入热力学稳定状态而得到有效保护.
[Abstract]:The feasibility of applying thermoelectric power generation to cathodic protection of steel bar is studied by using thermoelectric plate as power source and concrete simulated pore fluid as medium. Combined with half-cell potential, linear polarization Tafel curve and electrochemical noise, the cathodic protection effect of thermoelectric unit on steel bar is analyzed. The results show that the thermoelectric unit has the same electrical performance as the DC power supply, and the internal resistance does not change obviously with the temperature difference between the two ends, and the thermoelectric unit has good stability in the cathodic protection system. After cathodic protection, the corrosion rate of steel bar is greatly reduced, and the corrosion rate of steel bar is reduced greatly, and the effective protection is obtained from the corrosion state to the thermodynamically stable state.
