儿童福利院儿童用房区设计初探

【摘要】：儿童福利院是一个为孤残儿童提供长期居住、康复、辅助治疗和教育的场所,其建设是融合多种学科的设计工程。目前国内在建筑学角度出发对儿童福利院建筑进行的研究尚不全面,尤其较少从儿童用房区出发有针对性的研究。儿童用房区作为孤残儿童绝大部分日常行为发生的空间,是儿童福利院功能建设的重点。在国内大规模福利院设计实践的背景下,对儿童福利院儿童用房区的设计研究是必要且有直接的现实意义的。本文以处于关键成长和康复时期的孤残儿童为研究主体,以儿童用房区功能空间为研究对象,从孤残儿童日常功能生活的需求出发,基于对当前儿童福利院及相关实例的分析,归纳总结通过功能组织和空间设计来优化儿童用房区的设计方法,重点研究儿童用房区居住康复一体化护理单元的空间和组织模式,力图提高孤残儿童在福利院中的生活质量,并提高工作人员护理和康复的工作效率。绪论部分首先介绍论文研究背景、文献综述、研究目的、主要内容和框架等。第二章是儿童福利院的功能关系分析,其中包括儿童福利院的总体布局,儿童福利院与同类建筑的功能对比,以及重点分析儿童用房区三大部分的功能关系和空间关系。第三章讨论的是儿童用房区空间模式的分类,以及对其中典型类型的案例分析和评价。第四章是在前文的基础上总结提出了居住康复一体化护理单元的概念,进一步分析这种护理单元的可行性、适用性与局限性,进而研究了居住康复护理单元的内部及外部的空间组织,并基于此提出了居住康复护理单元的基本设计原则。第五章从护理单元的四种功能空间——居住空间、康复空间、公共空间以及辅助空间——入手,归纳总结居住康复护理单元设计的优化策略。结语部分对全文进行了总结和展望,并指出了本文研究存在的不足之处。
[Abstract]:The child welfare home is a place to provide long-term residence, rehabilitation, auxiliary treatment and education for disabled children. Its construction is a multi-disciplinary design project. At present, the research on the architecture of children's welfare home in our country is not comprehensive, especially from the children's housing area. As the space for most of the daily behaviors of the disabled children, the children's housing area is the focal point of the function construction of the children's welfare home. Under the background of the design practice of the large-scale welfare home in China, it is necessary and direct to study the design of the children's housing area in the children's welfare home. This paper takes the disabled children who are in the critical period of growth and rehabilitation as the main body of study, takes the functional space of the children's housing area as the research object, starts from the needs of the daily functional life of the disabled children, based on the analysis of the current children's welfare home and related examples. The methods of optimizing children's housing area by functional organization and space design are summarized, and the space and organization mode of integrated nursing unit of residential rehabilitation in children's housing area is studied emphatically, in order to improve the quality of life of the disabled children in welfare institution, so as to improve the quality of life of the disabled children. And improve the staff nursing and rehabilitation work efficiency. The introduction part first introduces the research background, literature review, research purpose, main content and framework. The second chapter is the analysis of the functional relationship of the children's welfare home, including the overall layout of the children's welfare home, the function comparison between the children's welfare home and the similar buildings, and the analysis of the three major functional and spatial relationships in the children's housing area. The third chapter discusses the classification of spatial patterns of children's housing area, and case analysis and evaluation of typical types. The fourth chapter summarizes and puts forward the concept of residential rehabilitation integrated nursing unit, and further analyzes the feasibility, applicability and limitation of the unit. Furthermore, the internal and external spatial organization of residential rehabilitation nursing unit was studied, and the basic design principles of residential rehabilitation nursing unit were put forward. In the fifth chapter, four kinds of functional space of nursing unit, living space, rehabilitation space, public space and auxiliary space, are summarized and the optimization strategies of residential rehabilitation nursing unit design are summarized. The conclusion summarizes and looks forward to the full text, and points out the shortcomings of this study.
