建筑项目节能评估研究

【摘要】:建设生态文明,实现美丽中国,把节能减排提上重要议程。建筑节能是当代建筑追求的新目标,是衡量现代化建筑的新标准,是建设绿色中国的重要举措,是实现可持续发展的重要手段。随着国民经济的发展,我国的能源消耗增长较快,已成为世界上重要的资源消费国。而建筑能耗又占了很大的比重。作为节能减排的一个重要手段,节能建筑已成为一项新兴的研究方向。目前,我国节能建筑的理论和实践研究仍处于较低发展阶段,深入节能建筑评估研究可以进一步完善相关理论,更好地指导实践。本文概述了节能建筑研究的现状和国内外建筑节能评估体系的情况,对节能建筑的相关评估体系进行了分析,目前,还没有一个完全针对节能建筑评估的体系,因此,对于节能建筑的评估分析与优化研究是很有必要性的。本文介绍了节能建筑的设计思路、节能建筑评估的智能化系统设想、分析了建筑物能耗评估指标,并通过确立节能建筑评估的指标结构,合理设定指标结构的权重,建立科学有效的节能建筑评估体系。在此基础上,展开节能建筑综合评估的方法分析和研究,在比较层次分析法、关联矩阵法、模糊综合评估等几种方法的基础上,通过基于灰色系统理论评估的优化分析和灰色—模糊评估方法的融合评估操作,进一步优化节能建筑综合评估方法。同时,结合对实际工程项目的灰色—模糊综合节能评估对本文的理论研究进行案例研究。通过理论与案例的结合,使得本文的研究成果既能得到理论上的支持也能经过实际应用以证明其实用价值,更好地指导项目实践,为促进节能建筑评估发挥积极的作用。最后,本文对研究课题进行了总结和展望,在分析建筑节能相关的能耗因素和建筑节能评估模型,优化节能建筑综合评估的基础上,认为通过对于节能建筑评估的探讨,取得了一些评估角度的分析收获和进一步优化思路和手段,但是依旧存在着一定需要继续探讨的问题,在如何有效结合经济性、进一步优化评估系统、减少灰色-模糊综合评估法中的人为因素等方面,期待更深入的研究和探索。
[Abstract]:Build ecological civilization, realize beautiful China, put energy saving and emission reduction on the important agenda. Building energy saving is a new goal pursued by contemporary architecture, a new standard to measure modern architecture, an important measure to build a green China, and an important means to realize sustainable development. With the development of national economy, China's energy consumption has increased rapidly and has become an important resource consumer in the world. And the building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion. As an important means of energy saving and emission reduction, energy-efficient building has become a new research direction. At present, the research on the theory and practice of energy-saving buildings in China is still in a low stage of development. Further research on the evaluation of energy-saving buildings can further improve the relevant theories and better guide the practice. This paper summarizes the current situation of energy-saving building research and the situation of domestic and foreign building energy conservation evaluation system, and analyzes the related evaluation system of energy-saving building. At present, there is not a completely energy conservation building evaluation system, so, It is necessary to evaluate, analyze and optimize energy-saving buildings. This paper introduces the design idea of energy-saving building, the intelligent system assumption of energy conservation building evaluation, analyzes the energy consumption evaluation index of building, and by establishing the index structure of energy saving building evaluation, reasonably sets the weight of index structure. Establish a scientific and effective energy-saving building evaluation system. On this basis, the methods of comprehensive assessment of energy-saving buildings are analyzed and studied. On the basis of the comparison of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), correlation matrix method, fuzzy comprehensive assessment and so on, Through the optimization analysis based on the grey system theory evaluation and the fusion evaluation operation of the grey fuzzy evaluation method, the comprehensive evaluation method of energy saving building is further optimized. At the same time, combined with the grey-fuzzy comprehensive energy-saving evaluation of practical engineering projects, this paper makes a case study of the theoretical research. Through the combination of theory and case, the research results of this paper can be both theoretically supported and applied to prove its practical value, better guide the project practice, and play an active role in promoting the evaluation of energy-saving buildings. Finally, this paper summarizes and looks forward to the research topic. On the basis of analyzing the energy consumption factors related to building energy conservation and the evaluation model of building energy efficiency, and optimizing the comprehensive evaluation of energy saving building, the paper thinks that the discussion of energy conservation building evaluation is carried out. Some analysis gains and further optimization ideas and means have been obtained from the evaluation angle, but there are still some problems that need to be continued to be discussed. How to effectively combine economic efficiency and further optimize the evaluation system, In order to reduce the artificial factors in grey-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we hope to further study and explore.
