智能新风机控制系统设计

【摘要】:目前,我国大气污染状况十分严峻,导致大部分建筑室内空气污染情况令人堪忧,加之各种装修材料、家用仪器设备与人员活动产生的污染气体大量产生,并且现在住宅建筑设计的密闭性非常好,导致室内空气质量严重恶化。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对日常生活工作的室内空气环境逐步重视起来。 本课题结合我国目前室内污染严重的国情,参考相关控制系统,在研究了流体动力学的基础上,结合传感器检测技术、信号采集技术、液晶显示技术和电机模糊控制技术等,提出了一新的智能新风机控制系统。 本文首先介绍了通风系统研究背景,叙述了国内外通风系统的发展状况。详细介绍了机械通风的基本知识,包括通风量的计算与湍流模拟基础。随后利用Fluent软件对不同情况下污染物的扩散进行了模拟,为以后通风系统的设计提供支持。接下来,,介绍了新风系统的控制系统的硬件设计与软件设计,包括各种传感器采集模块、人机交互模块、驱动模块的设计,并介绍了电机模糊控制算法的设计,最后通过实验验证了该控制器的节能效果。本课题研究的智能新风机控制器,可以利用通风对室内空气质量进行改善,其中多种传感器空气参数采集模块的集成与电机控制算法的结合,使本控制器具有自动采集空气质量并自动调节工作方式,实现了新风机控制器的智能化。本论文的主要工作为以后室内空气质量控制器的设计提供了参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, the situation of air pollution in our country is very serious, which leads to the worrying situation of indoor air pollution in most buildings. In addition, a large number of polluting gases are produced by various decoration materials, household equipment and personnel activities. And now the residential building design is very closed, resulting in a serious deterioration of indoor air quality. With the improvement of people's living standards, people pay more and more attention to the indoor air environment of daily life and work. Based on the study of hydrodynamics, combined with sensor detection technology, signal acquisition technology, liquid crystal display technology and motor fuzzy control technology, this paper combines the national conditions of serious indoor pollution in our country, referring to the relevant control system, and combining with sensor detection technology, signal acquisition technology, liquid crystal display technology and motor fuzzy control technology. A new intelligent fan control system is proposed. In this paper, the research background of ventilation system is introduced, and the development of ventilation system at home and abroad is described. The basic knowledge of mechanical ventilation is introduced in detail, including the calculation of ventilation volume and the basis of turbulence simulation. Then the diffusion of pollutants under different conditions is simulated by Fluent software, which provides support for the design of ventilation system in the future. Next, the hardware design and software design of the control system of fresh air system are introduced, including the design of various sensor acquisition module, human-computer interaction module, driving module, and the design of motor fuzzy control algorithm. Finally, the energy saving effect of the controller is verified by experiments. The intelligent new fan controller studied in this paper can improve the indoor air quality by means of ventilation, in which the integration of air parameter acquisition module of various sensors and the combination of motor control algorithm. The controller has the ability of automatically collecting air quality and automatically adjusting the working mode, and realizes the intelligence of the new fan controller. The main work of this paper provides a reference for the design of indoor air quality controller in the future.
