装配整体式钢筋混凝土住宅质量监控体系探讨

【摘要】:本文以装配整体式钢筋混凝土住宅为研究对象,着重探讨其建设过程中的质量监控。通过对国内外装配整体式钢筋混凝土住宅施工实例进行比对,并结合我国目前的施工传统以及实际发展现状,从结构体系、部件种类、加工工艺、施工技术和现场管理等方面,对装配整体式钢筋混凝土结构的质量监控进行探讨研究,优化其质量监控过程,,建立一种符合当前发展现状的质量监控体系。力求在不增加成本的前提下,控制建筑施工质量,同时也期望可以对其他装配式钢筋混凝土住宅的质量监控起到一定的参考借鉴作用。 全文分为六个章节。第一章主要阐述了论文的研究背景以及研究意义;第二章主要是探讨国内外在此领域的研究成果及发展历程;第三章主要介绍了装配整体式钢筋混凝土住宅的几种结构体系以及所需预制构件,同时分析其优缺点,择选出合适的装配式住宅结构体系;第四章则对结构所需的预制构件制作工艺进行介绍,并掌握其质量控制点;第五章是讲述装配整体式钢筋混凝土结构的施工流程,以及施工时的质量控制点;第六章则是利用SDCA循环建立一种质量监控体系,对现场的施工人员、管理人员的监督与管理,以此达成对工程的质量监控;第七章对论文进行总结归纳,完成对装配整体式钢筋混凝土住宅质量监控体系的探究。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the assembly integral reinforced concrete residence as the research object, and focuses on the quality control in the process of its construction. By comparing the construction examples of assembly integral reinforced concrete residence at home and abroad, and combining with the current construction tradition and actual development situation of our country, from the aspects of structure system, component type, processing technology, construction technology and site management, etc. The quality monitoring of assembly integral reinforced concrete structure is discussed and studied, the quality monitoring process is optimized, and a quality monitoring system in accordance with the current development situation is established. Under the premise of not increasing the cost, we should control the construction quality of the building, and hope to play a certain reference role in the quality monitoring of other assembled reinforced concrete houses. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the research background and significance of the paper, the second chapter mainly discusses the research results and development process in this field at home and abroad. The third chapter mainly introduces several kinds of structural systems and prefabricated components of the assembled reinforced concrete residence, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, and selects the appropriate assembled residential structure system. The fourth chapter introduces the manufacturing technology of prefabricated components needed by the structure and grasps its quality control points. The fifth chapter describes the construction process of the assembly integral reinforced concrete structure and the quality control points during the construction. The sixth chapter is to use SDCA cycle to establish a quality monitoring system to supervise and manage the site construction personnel and managers, so as to achieve the quality control of the project. The seventh chapter summarizes the paper and completes the research of the quality monitoring system of the assembly integrated reinforced concrete residence.
