配置抗剪栓钉的钢筋混凝土单向板柱节点受剪性能试验研究

【摘要】:为了研究抗剪栓钉对板的破坏形态和受剪切性能的影响,完成了3组6个设有抗剪栓钉的钢筋混凝土单向板柱节点受剪试验。在3组试件中,第1组为未配置抗剪栓钉的具有不同剪跨比的钢筋混凝土单向板试件,其他两组为配置有不同间距和高度的抗剪栓钉的对比试件,研究的主要参数为抗剪栓钉的间距、高度和板的剪跨比。研究结果表明:同未配置抗剪栓钉的钢筋混凝土单向板柱节点发生剪切破坏的情况相比,配置抗剪栓钉的钢筋混凝土单向板柱节点分别发生了栓钉群内(S50-5系列试件)和群外(S50-7系列试件)的剪切破坏;使用抗剪栓钉能有效提高板柱节点的延性,改善失效模式,使单纯的剪切破坏向弯曲破坏转变,与抗剪栓钉相交的斜裂缝更为平缓,从而使受剪承载力明显提高;配置抗剪栓钉对钢筋混凝土单向板柱节点的加强效果随着抗剪栓钉间距和高度的改变存在较大差别,特别是对剪跨比较小的钢筋混凝土单向板影响更为显著。基于试验结果,给出了不同剪跨比的钢筋混凝土单向板与柱栓钉连接的设计建议。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of shear bolt nail on the failure form and shear performance of slab, three groups of 6 reinforced concrete unidirectional slab-column joints with shear bolt were tested. Among the three groups, the first group is reinforced concrete unidirectional slab specimens with different shear span ratios without shear bolt nails, and the other two groups are comparative specimens with different spacing and height. The main parameters studied are the spacing of shear bolt nails, the height and the shear span ratio of plates.
