组织路径依赖的形成与超越——基于自我强化机制视角的分析

【摘要】：自我强化机制是路径依赖的核心,这种机制易导致组织系统锁定。组织路径发展的三个阶段将路径依赖出现的过程概念化。在这个过程中,自我强化机制能更好地解释路径依赖的内在逻辑,组织路径是如何变成锁定的,也有助于探寻如何超越组织路径依赖。
[Abstract]:Self-reinforcing mechanism is the core of path-dependence, which can easily lead to the locking of organizational system. The three stages of organizational path development conceptualize the process of path dependence. In this process, the self-strengthening mechanism can better explain the internal logic of path dependence, how the organizational path becomes locked, and also help to explore how to exceed the organizational path dependence.
