适度管理的内涵及在现代管理中的价值体现

【摘要】：本文从研究适度管理的内涵和思想精髓出发,分析了中国适度管理思想的实质和模式,指出了中国在长期的实践中继承了中国适度管理宏观性、全局性、协调性等特点,形成了"统筹兼顾""对立统一""实事求是""与时俱进""科学发展",追求建立"和谐社会"等管理思想,这些思想进一步丰富和发展了我国的适度管理理论和思想内涵,必将为进一步丰富和创新中国的现代管理理论和思想体系提供思想和理论根基。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of the connotation and essence of moderate management, this paper analyzes the essence and mode of Chinese moderate management, and points out that China has inherited the characteristics of macro, overall and coordination of moderate management in China over a long period of time. The management thoughts of "overall consideration", "unity of opposites," seeking truth from facts, "keeping pace with the times," scientific development "and" building a harmonious society "have been formed. These thoughts have further enriched and developed the moderate management theory and ideological connotation of our country, which will provide the thought and theory foundation for further enriching and innovating the modern management theory and thought system of China.
