组织的社会评价:整合框架、动态分析和未来展望

【摘要】:组织的社会评价研究社会公众如何评价组织、社会评价如何影响组织以及组织如何管理社会评价。在"观众崛起"背景下,理解、应对和管理社会评价已成为组织与外界环境交互的重要组成。本文以合意性和个体性两个维度构建起一个理解组织社会评价的2×2框架,将声誉、地位、明星组织、组织越轨、身份、污名等来自不同流派的社会评价成果给予类型化区分,梳理各流派的研究现状,进而探讨不同评价类型之间动态转化的可能路径,最后提出组织社会评价未来可能的五个研究方向。本文提供的整合框架和转化路径分析,将不同流派的相关研究成果整合于一体,揭示了不同社会评价之间的关联和过渡可能,对明晰有关组织社会评价问题的认识,整合和深化研究,以及提升组织应对社会评价的策略水平,均有一定价值。
[Abstract]:The social evaluation of the organization studies how the public evaluates the organization, how the social evaluation influences the organization and how the organization manages the social evaluation. Under the background of audience rising, understanding, coping with and managing social evaluation has become an important component of the interaction between the organization and the external environment. In this paper, we construct a 2 脳 2 framework to understand the social evaluation of organizations in the dimensions of agreement and individuality, and distinguish the achievements of social evaluation from different schools, such as reputation, status, star organization, organizational transgression, identity, stigma and so on. This paper combs the research status of different schools, then discusses the possible paths of dynamic transformation between different evaluation types, and finally puts forward five possible research directions of organizational social evaluation in the future. The integration framework and transformation path analysis provided in this paper integrate the relevant research results of different schools, reveal the relevance and transition possibility of different social evaluation, and clarify the understanding of the social evaluation of organizations. It is valuable to integrate and deepen the research, and to improve the strategy level of organizational response to social evaluation.
