刮膜式分子蒸馏技术理论研究进展

【摘要】：由于实际生产中真空度高且影响因素多,迄今为止有关分子蒸馏的基础理论尚不完善,其工艺及设备结构设计仍主要依靠于经验和实验数据确定,制约了其实现大规模的工业化应用。文中主要从蒸发表面的液体成膜、液膜在加热表面的蒸发过程、气相蒸发分子运动过程以及冷凝面上的气体分子冷凝过程4个方面,综述了国内外学者对分子蒸馏过程的机理研究进展,重点对近年来快速发展的刮膜式分子蒸馏技术进行了详细介绍。在此基础上,提出了未来分子蒸馏技术亟待解决的关键问题,认为高真空条件下的分子流运动行为的研究可揭示工业生产中分子蒸馏的分离原理。
[Abstract]:Because of the high vacuum degree and many influencing factors in actual production, the basic theory of molecular distillation is not perfect, and the design of process and equipment structure is still determined mainly by experience and experimental data.It restricts the realization of large-scale industrial application.In this paper, the formation of liquid film on evaporating surface, evaporation process of liquid film on heating surface, gas phase evaporation molecular movement process and condensation process of gas molecule on condensing surface are mainly discussed in this paper.In this paper, the progress of molecular distillation mechanism was reviewed, and the rapid development of scrape membrane molecular distillation technology in recent years was introduced in detail.On this basis, the key problems to be solved in the future molecular distillation technology are put forward. It is considered that the study of molecular flow movement under high vacuum conditions can reveal the separation principle of molecular distillation in industrial production.
