焊条自动包装生产线的研究与开发

【摘要】：焊条自动包装生产线是焊条包装过程中的关键设备之一。其作用是将焊条生产设备生产出的焊条经过该焊条自动包装生产线后能够准确的定位、计数、分包、称量和存储。通过将生产出的焊条分包和称重后,以达到符合企业和国家生产要求的目的。本课题研究的主要内容是针对当前我国焊条包装机包装不准确和存储自动化水平较低,进口焊条包装生产线价格昂贵等问题,研究和开发了一种能够自动分包、计数、称重和存储的焊条自动包装生产线。提出了一种加速分离法,实现了焊条的准确计数和定位,同时还提出了一种中值比较控制方法,来保证焊条的包装质量。该生产线已在天津元达工贸有限公司和天津大桥焊材有限公司得到工程应用。本课题的主要研究成果包括： (1)根据当前我国焊条生产企业的焊条包装机计数不准确,包装重量不合格的问题,设计研发了一种能够自动计数、自动分包和称重的焊条自动包装机。并深入研究国内外焊条包装计数方法,提出了一种加速分离法,实现了焊条的准确计数和定位。 (2)结合焊条包装机存在故障的情况下,焊条存储大都采用人工操作、就地存储的问题,设计研发了一种能够自动存储焊条和取焊条的焊条自动储料箱,使得焊条能够整齐的存放在存料箱中,并能整齐的取出,实现了自动存储功能。 (3)研究采用PLC作为控制核心的焊条自动包装生产线控制系统。分别利用RS232通讯实现PLC、称重模块和文本屏的实时通讯。并提出了一种中值比较控制方法,通过该方法,实现了焊条自动包装生产线的计数、分包、称重、自动存储的功能。 (4)通过变频器技术,控制电机的运行速度。根据焊条生产企业的不同包装速度的要求,通过改变变频器的频率控制电机的转速,实现了焊条自动包装生产线对速度的控制要求。
[Abstract]:Welding rod automatic packaging line is one of the key equipment in the process of electrode packaging.Its function is that the electrode produced by the electrode production equipment can accurately locate, count, subcontract, weigh and store after the welding rod automatic packaging production line.By subcontracting and weighing the produced electrode to meet the production requirements of the enterprise and the state.The main research content of this subject is to research and develop a kind of automatic subcontracting and counting, aiming at the problems of inaccurate packaging of welding rod packaging machine, low level of storage automation and high price of imported welding rod packaging production line in our country.Weighing and storing welding rod automatic packaging production line.An accelerated separation method is proposed to realize the accurate counting and positioning of the electrode, and a method of median comparison control is also proposed to ensure the packing quality of the electrode.The production line has been applied in Tianjin Yuanda Industry and Trade Co., Ltd and Tianjin Bridge Welding material Co., Ltd.The main research results of this topic include:According to the problems of inaccurate counting and unqualified packing weight of welding rod packing machine in China's welding rod production enterprises, a welding rod automatic packing machine which can count, subcontract and weigh automatically is designed and developed.The method of packing counting of welding rod at home and abroad is studied, and an accelerated separation method is proposed to realize the accurate counting and positioning of electrode.Under the condition of the failure of the welding rod packing machine, the storage of the welding rod is mostly manual operation and local storage. A kind of automatic storage box is designed and developed, which can automatically store the electrode and take the electrode.The welding rod can be neatly stored in the storage box, and can be taken out neatly, realizing the automatic storage function.The control system of welding rod automatic packaging production line with PLC as the control core is studied.The real time communication between RS232, weighing module and text screen is realized by using RS232 communication.A method of median comparison control is proposed, through which the functions of counting, subcontracting, weighing and automatic storage of welding rod automatic packaging line are realized.The speed of motor is controlled by frequency converter technology.According to the requirements of different packing speed of welding rod production enterprises, the speed control requirements of welding rod automatic packaging production line are realized by changing the frequency of frequency converter to control the speed of motor.
