铝箔泡罩包装密封性智能检测技术研究

【摘要】:铝箔泡罩包装是一种常用的片剂和胶囊的包装,密封性是保证产品质量的一个重要的因素。铝箔泡罩微小的漏气缺陷是一种难以用视力观察到的质量缺陷,这种缺陷的存在会使得包装产品的保质效果大大减低,甚至因产品包装不当失效而伤害使用者的健康,这就要求对铝箔泡罩包装的进行漏气检测。但现有的铝箔泡罩包装漏气缺陷检测技术会造成浪费,实施起来费时耗工,自动化程度低,已经不能满足发展需求。为此,研究无损、高效率和高度自动化的铝箔泡罩密封性智能检测设备势在必行。 设计的铝箔泡罩包装密封性智能检测设备以激光测距传感器、数据采集卡、PC机为主要硬件配置,以LabVIEW和MATLAB的混合编程为开发平台,不仅具有良好的人机界面,而且实现了对被检品的无损检测、有效地提高了检测效率、达到了漏气缺陷的自动化检测。 分析了进行铝箔泡罩包装密封性检测的重要性和传统检测技术的不足,设计了铝箔泡罩包装密封性智能检测设备。主要研究内容和工作如下: (1)建立基于压差式空气泄漏检测原理和位移式泄漏检测原理的无损检测方案,搭建简易试验装置,从理论上和试验上论证该方案的可行性; (2)根据待检产品的特点,对检测设备的整体结构进行了设计,主要包括软件系统的设计、硬件系统设计及其接口设计等; (3)进行铝箔泡罩包装密封性智能检测设备的真空气路系统设计,,完成对真空泵、换向阀等各执行部件的自动控制,为检测提供必需的真空环境; (4)进行铝箔泡罩包装密封性智能检测设备的激光测量系统的设计,主要包括以激光位移传感器、数据采集卡和PC机为硬件配置的数据采集系统(DAQ)的设计以及二维运动平台的结构及其自动控制系统的设计。 (5)将MATLAB无缝地嵌入到LabVIEW中,对采集到的数据进行切片、平滑、以及特征提取等数据处理的操作,最后,将处理的结果以布尔数据类型在LabVIEW的前面板上以指示灯的形式显示检测结果; (6)对待检铝箔泡罩包装以微小针刺孔的方式,在此智能检测设备中进行大量试验,以验证结果的准确性。
[Abstract]:Aluminum foil bubble packaging is a kind of commonly used tablet and capsule packaging, sealing is an important factor to ensure product quality. The tiny air leakage defect in the aluminum foil bubble cover is a quality defect that is difficult to observe with visual acuity. The existence of the defect can greatly reduce the quality preservation effect of the packaging product, and even harm the health of the user because of the improper packaging failure of the product. This requires the aluminum foil bubble packaging leak detection. However, the existing technology of detecting air leakage defects in aluminum foil bubble cover packaging will lead to waste, time-consuming and labor-consuming implementation, low degree of automation, and can no longer meet the development needs. Therefore, it is imperative to study the non-destructive, high-efficiency and high-automatic intelligent testing equipment for the sealing of aluminum foils. The intelligent testing equipment for packing and sealing of aluminum foil bubble cover is mainly configured with laser ranging sensor, data acquisition card and PC as the main hardware configuration and the mixed programming of LabVIEW and MATLAB as the development platform. It not only has a good man-machine interface, but also has the following advantages: 1. Moreover, the nondestructive testing is realized, and the detection efficiency is improved effectively, and the automatic detection of air leakage defects is achieved. This paper analyzes the importance of testing the sealing ability of aluminum foil bubble cover packaging and the deficiency of traditional testing technology, and designs an intelligent testing equipment for aluminum foil bubble cover packaging sealing property. The main contents and work of the study are as follows: 1) to establish a nondestructive testing scheme based on the principle of air leakage detection with pressure difference and the principle of displacement leak detection, to build a simple test device, and to prove the feasibility of the scheme theoretically and experimentally; 2) according to the characteristics of the products to be inspected, the whole structure of the testing equipment is designed, including the design of the software system, the design of the hardware system and the design of the interface, etc. (3) to design the vacuum gas path system of the intelligent testing equipment for the packing and sealing of aluminum foils bubble cover, to complete the automatic control of the various executive parts such as vacuum pumps and directional valves, and to provide the necessary vacuum environment for the inspection; The design of the laser measuring system for the intelligent testing equipment for the packing and sealing of aluminum foils bubble cover mainly includes the laser displacement sensor. The design of data acquisition system (DAQ) with hardware configuration of data acquisition card and PC, the structure of two-dimensional motion platform and the design of automatic control system. 5) embed MATLAB seamlessly into LabVIEW, slicing, smoothing, feature extraction and other data processing operations, finally, The detected result is displayed in the form of indicator lamp on the front panel of LabVIEW by Boolean data type. In order to verify the accuracy of the results, a large number of tests were carried out in this intelligent testing equipment.
