【摘要】：城市管理是一种历史活动,不同的时代对城市管理有着不同的要求,与现代经济社会和城市化进程高度发展相比,传统的城市管理理念、方式和手段己经远远滞后,严重制约了城市管理的进一步提升,城市管理模式的改革迫在眉睫。为了解决城市管理滞后问题,网格化城市管理模式应运而生。它将先进的GPS、GIS、RS、大型空间数据库技术、网络通讯技术等集为一体,创建了“万米单元网格城市管理”新模式,推动了城市管理向信息化、数字化、网络化方向转变,实现了精确、高效、全时段、全方位覆盖的城市管理。本文通过对网格化城市管理这一创新模式的探索和分析,结合福州市城市管理实际情况,提出了构建福州市网格化城市管理模式的思路和实现路径。在城市建设和管理中,运用网格化、数字化和系统化的理论和工具来实现福州城市管理模式的转变,以现代信息技术来体现公共管理理念,进而推动政府社会管理和公共服务水平的提升
[Abstract]:City management is a kind of historical events, different times have different requirements for city management, compared with the rapid development of modern society and city urbanization, the traditional city management ideas, ways and means have been far behind, seriously restrict the further upgrading of city management, city management model reform is imminent. In order to solve city management, city grid management model came into being. It advanced GPS, GIS, RS, large spatial database technology, network communication technology are integrated to create a new model of 10000 meter unit grid city management ", to promote the city management to informatization, digitization, change the direction of network, realize accurate, efficient, full time, full coverage of the city management.
In this paper, through the exploration and analysis of the city grid management this innovative model, combined with the actual situation of Fuzhou city management, put forward the construction of Fuzhou city grid management mode and implementation path. In the city construction and management, the use of digital grid, and systematic theory and tools to achieve the transformation of Fuzhou city the management mode based on modern information technology to reflect the concept of public management, and promote the government social management and public service level
