媒体在公共危机管理中的角色与作用探析

【摘要】：在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,媒体在国家政治和民主生活中发挥着重要作用。但由于近年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展和利益格局的不断调整,突发公共事件呈现出迅速上升态势,政府在公共危机中的管理面临着新的严峻考验。公共危机具有广泛而强烈的社会关注度,也往往成为新闻媒体和社会舆论关注的热点、焦点,媒体作为社会公信力的代表和人民群众的喉舌,肩负着传递公共信息、引导舆论导向和疏通民众情绪的重任,在突发事件的处置中起着关键作用。因此,深入探析媒体在公共危机管理中的角色与地位,将对政府科学和有效地进行社会公共管理,切实维护社会稳定和经济发展,产生十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a harmonious socialist society, the media plays an important role in national politics and democratic life. However, in recent years, with the rapid development of China's social economy and the continuous adjustment of the pattern of interests, Public emergencies are rising rapidly, and the management of government in public crisis is facing a new severe test. Public crisis has a wide and strong social attention, and it often becomes a hot spot of news media and public opinion. The media, as the representative of social credibility and the mouthpiece of the people, shoulder the important task of transmitting public information, guiding public opinion and dredging public emotions, and play a key role in the handling of emergencies. Deeply analyzing the role and position of the media in the public crisis management will be of great significance to the government in carrying out the social public management scientifically and effectively, and in maintaining social stability and economic development.
