再论需求溢出理论的心灵治理观——对张乾友教授商榷文的致谢和反商榷

【摘要】：张乾友教授对需求溢出理论的心灵治理观的批评和否定,尤其是把义务教育作为需求溢出理论逻辑的反例,主要出于对需求溢出理论的误解和不了解;其所提出的对心灵治理合法性的"合作式理解",本身也存在若干可商榷之处,且与需求溢出理论的心灵治理观并不绝对矛盾。应该区分两种不同意蕴的心灵治理概念:作为治理客体或对象的心灵治理和作为治理方式或路径的心灵治理。而后者才是需求溢出理论着力倡导的心灵治理。
[Abstract]:Professor Zhang Qianyou criticizes and negates the view of spiritual governance of demand spillover theory, especially taking compulsory education as a counter example of demand spillover theory logic, mainly out of misunderstanding and lack of understanding of demand spillover theory;His "cooperative understanding" of the legitimacy of mental governance itself has some debatable points, and it is not absolutely contradictory to the view of mind governance based on the theory of demand spillover.Two different concepts of mind governance should be distinguished: the mind governance as the object or object of governance and the mind governance as the mode or path of governance.The latter is the spiritual governance advocated by demand spillover theory.
