杭州市公共体育服务供给问题研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济发展与强大,体育日渐成为了人们的生活方式和休闲方式,成为健康丰富精神生活的重要组成部分。因此,如何让人民享有健康丰富的精神生活以及如何满足人民的日益强烈的公共体育服务的需求成为每一个政府要面对及解决的重要课题。这也成为公共管理研究的一个重要课题。本文运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,首先系统梳理了我国的公共体育服务供给模式及其存在的问题,其次在分析杭州市公共体育服务供给现状的基础上,对杭州市公共体育服务的绩效进行了客观评估,同时对其存在的问题做了较深入的剖析。最后,本文通过借鉴国外经验,结合杭州市公共体育服务供给实际状况,提出了改善杭州市公共体育服务供给的一些有针对性的对策,包括改变观念、加强人才培养、完善服务内容、提供经费保障以及加大政府的政策扶持力度。
[Abstract]:With the development and strength of our country's economy, sports has become people's way of life and leisure, and has become an important part of healthy and rich spiritual life. Therefore, how to make people enjoy a healthy and rich spiritual life and how to meet the increasing demand of public sports services has become an important issue that every government has to face and solve. This has also become an important subject in the study of public administration. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview and questionnaire, this paper firstly systematically combs the supply mode of public sports service and its existing problems in our country, and secondly, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of public sports service supply in Hangzhou. The performance of public sports service in Hangzhou is evaluated objectively, and the existing problems are analyzed deeply. Finally, based on the experience of foreign countries and the actual situation of public sports service supply in Hangzhou, this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures to improve the supply of public sports service in Hangzhou, including changing the concept and strengthening the cultivation of talents. Improve the content of services, provide financial protection and increase government policy support.
