建立和谐医患关系的对策研究

【摘要】：医患关系是社会关系的重要组成部分,建立和谐的医患关系是和谐社会的需要。近年来日趋紧张的医患关系,严重损害医务人员的社会形象,威胁着医务人员的人身安全,医生执业环境日益恶化,医院正常工作秩序难以维持。在当前国家深化改革的关键时期,如果医患矛盾纠纷频发,医患冲突失控,甚至发展成为伤医杀医的恶性事件,很容易导致社会生活的不稳定。本文的调查研究通过规范研究方法。运用公共管理理论,阐述了和谐医患关系的内涵及其标志,探讨了目前形成医患不和谐关系的表现与原因。案例研究方法,具体以河北省中医院耳鼻喉科耳鸣耳聋、鼻炎患者为主要调查对象,设立调查问卷,根据对相关数据进行的梳理和总结,研究医患关系的现状、影响因素,发现医院管理过程中的各种问题,探讨医患矛盾深层次的原因和影响因素,为医院管理提供改进依据,提出今后的改善对策。研究发现,医患关系这对矛盾主体中,不仅包括医生和患者之间的关系,还包括在医院小环境中的护理人员、辅助科室的医疗技术人员、财务信息人员、后勤人员、医院管理人员等的广义概念。社会大环境中的政府、媒体等也是影响医患关系的重要因素。目前我国医患关系紧张的原因主要有:政府层面国家财政投入不足,医疗保险制度的不健全,医疗风险分担机制的不完善,相关法律、法规的不完善;医生层面医患沟通不够,医疗技术水平限制等;患者层面对医院和医务人员的期望值过高,医疗知识不足,不尊重医务人员;媒体层面有失公正的片面的报导也是一个不可忽视的因素。建立和谐的医患关系过程中,医院需要做到建立以病人为本的医院管理体系,加强医院软硬件建设,加强医院的行风建设,加强医院人性化服务,加强医患沟通,加强患者教育,加强医院内部管理工作,加强医院与媒体的沟通。
[Abstract]:Doctor-patient relationship is an important part of social relations. It is the need of harmonious society to establish harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. In recent years, the increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship has seriously damaged the social image of the medical staff, threatened the personal safety of the medical staff, worsened the medical practice environment, and made the normal working order of the hospital difficult to maintain. In the key period of deepening the reform of our country, if the conflicts between doctors and patients occur frequently, the conflicts between doctors and patients get out of control, and even develop into malignant events of killing doctors, it is easy to lead to the instability of social life. The investigation and research in this paper is carried out through normative research methods. Based on the theory of public management, this paper expounds the connotation and signs of harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and probes into the manifestation and reason of forming the doctor-patient disharmonious relationship at present. Case study methods, specifically taking the patients with tinnitus, deafness and rhinitis in the department of otolaryngology of Hebei Provincial traditional Medicine Hospital as the main objects of investigation, setting up a questionnaire, according to the combing and summing up of the relevant data, studying the current situation of doctor-patient relationship and influencing factors. This paper finds out various problems in the process of hospital management, probes into the deep causes and influencing factors of the contradiction between doctors and patients, provides the basis for the improvement of hospital management, and puts forward the improvement countermeasures in the future. The study found that the relationship between doctors and patients includes not only the relationship between doctors and patients, but also nursing personnel in small hospital environments, medical technicians in auxiliary departments, financial information personnel, and logistics personnel. A broad concept of hospital administrators. The government and the media in the social environment are also the important factors affecting the relationship between doctors and patients. At present, the main reasons for the tense doctor-patient relationship in our country are: insufficient national financial investment at the government level, imperfect medical insurance system, imperfect medical risk sharing mechanism, imperfect related laws and regulations, inadequate doctor-patient communication at the doctor level, The limitation of medical technology level, the high expectation of hospital and medical staff at the patient level, the lack of medical knowledge, the lack of respect for medical staff, and the unfair and one-sided report in the media level are also a factor that can not be ignored. In the process of establishing harmonious doctor-patient relationship, hospitals need to establish a patient-oriented hospital management system, strengthen the construction of hospital hardware and software, strengthen the construction of hospital practice, strengthen hospital humanized service, and strengthen doctor-patient communication. Strengthen patient education, strengthen hospital internal management, strengthen the communication between hospital and media.
