劳动与社会保障专业大学生的就业形势分析

【摘要】：随着近几年来高校生源扩大和就业形势的下降,大学生的就业市场的竞争也日趋激烈,因此许多就业问题凸显出来。劳动与社会保障专业作为新兴的跨学科、文科性、应用性强的专业已经开设了十余年,随着该专业毕业生的逐年增长,就业问题凸显出来。往届毕业生就业出现了"稀缺"与"过剩"并存的供需矛盾。本文了解了劳动与社会保障专业大学生的就业预期和现状,并通过分析劳动与社会保障专业就业问题的根源,认为该专业的培养目标与社会需求相背离,在此基础上从社会供求、政府、学校和学生自身等方面提出了相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of college students and the decline of employment situation in recent years, the competition of college students' employment market is becoming increasingly fierce, so many employment problems are highlighted. Labor and social security as a new interdisciplinary, liberal arts, strong application of the specialty has been set up for more than ten years, with the annual growth of graduates, employment problems highlighted. In the past, there was a contradiction between supply and demand of "scarcity" and "surplus" in employment of graduates. This article has understood the employment expectation and the present situation of the college students majoring in labor and social security, and through the analysis of the root of the employment problem of the labor and the social security specialty, thinks that the training goal of the specialty deviates from the social demand. On this basis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the social supply and demand, the government, the school and the students themselves.
