公务员行政伦理建设策略分析

【摘要】：公务员群体是一个特殊的群体,承担着社会公共管理,对社会资源进行公平分配的职责,这个群体的行政伦理价值塑造十分重要,但是由于当前我国经济社会建设处于转型期,受到各方面负面因素的影响,公务员群体行政伦理价值出现偏差甚至失范,引发民众不满,造成政府公信力危机,进而影响社会公平,文章从现实出发,探讨公务员行政伦理价值方面存在的问题,从公务员的考核和奖惩机制方面入手,对公务员行政伦理建设提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:Civil servant group is a special group, which is responsible for social public management and fair distribution of social resources. The value of administrative ethics of this group is very important, but the current economic and social construction in our country is in the transition period. Under the influence of various negative factors, the value of administrative ethics of civil servants appears deviation or even anomie, causing public discontent, resulting in government credibility crisis, and then affecting social justice. This paper probes into the problems existing in the value of civil servants' administrative ethics and puts forward some relevant suggestions on the construction of civil servants' administrative ethics from the aspects of civil servants' examination and the mechanism of rewards and punishments.
