大数据背景下图书馆管理思维和管理方式的变革

【摘要】：大数据时代,图书馆面临数据丰富而知识贫乏的局面,如何有效利用数据,获取隐藏在庞杂数据背后的知识,实现知识服务是现代图书馆需要思考的问题。文章从图书馆的管理思维和管理方式两个方面,探讨了大数据背景下图书馆的变革思路和发展方向。
[Abstract]:In the age of big data , the library is faced with the situation of rich data and poor knowledge , how to effectively utilize the data , acquire the knowledge hidden behind the complex data , and realize the knowledge service is the problem that the modern library needs to think . This paper discusses the reform thought and the development direction of the library under the background of large data from aspects of management thinking and management mode of the library .
