公共管理类课程立体化教学模式的探索与实践

【摘要】：强调教学参与者的多边互动和多种学习方式共存发展的立体化教学模式,是近年来高校教学改革中的一个重要改革趋向。在公共管理类课程探索立体化教学模式的过程中,出现了因改革目标不明确而导致的教学资源碎片化、理论与实践知识比例失重、内容与形式本末倒置以及考核流于形式等问题,立体化教学理念的深邃并未得到很好贯彻。文章认为,教师在立体化教学模式探索与实践中,应始终坚持以学生为本的基本原则,系统性、战略性地对立体化教学模式进行规划与设计。
[Abstract]:It is an important reform trend in the teaching reform of colleges and universities in recent years to emphasize the three dimensional teaching mode which emphasizes the multilateral interaction of teaching participants and the coexistence and development of various learning styles. In the course of exploring the three-dimensional teaching model in the course of public management courses, there appears the fragmentation of teaching resources caused by unclear reform objectives, and the weightlessness of the proportion of theoretical and practical knowledge. The contents and forms are put before the horse and the examination is a mere formality, so the profound concept of three-dimensional teaching has not been well carried out. In the exploration and practice of three-dimensional teaching mode, teachers should always adhere to the basic principle of student-oriented, systematic and strategic planning and design of three-dimensional teaching model.
