鼓浪屿的文化传承危机与对策

【摘要】：鼓浪屿是国家5A级旅游区、国家级风景名胜区。然而，随着观光客源源不断地涌入和不折手段的谋利形式野草般地蔓延，鼓浪屿特有的文化氛围被一层层地撕裂：喧嚣代替了宁静，粗俗挤压了高雅，虚假损害了纯真，野蛮嘲弄了文明。与此同时，，鼓浪屿的生活环境逐渐恶化，导致原住民大量迁出，鼓浪屿文化面临着严重的传承危机。对鼓浪屿乱象的治理已成为社会公众和媒体关注的焦点，是城市公共管理绕不开的难题，也是衡量地方官员的文化素养、施政理念的标志。本文应用城市文化管理的理论，深入探讨鼓浪屿文化的形成过程及其传承机制，分析鼓浪屿文化传承危机及其根源，提出解决鼓浪屿文化传承危机的三种途径，并对这些途径做出评价和选择。鼓浪屿文化是鼓浪屿居民在长期发展中形成的价值观念体系、行为准则与生活方式，以及与此相关的园林建筑、公共设施等。鼓浪屿居民是创造和传承鼓浪屿文化的主体。失去了这个主体，意味着鼓浪屿文化的中断，鼓浪屿岛上也就没有活的作为有机整体存在的鼓浪屿文化了。低层次旅游开发和社区环境恶化，是鼓浪屿文化传承危机的直接原因；政府管理的偏差则是其深层原因。因此化解鼓浪屿文化传承危机，必须从公共管理的创造性转变开始，正确处理处理人文社区与旅游景区的关系。必须真正尊重鼓浪屿居民的主体地位，真心维护鼓浪屿文化的连续性，真诚为鼓浪屿社区与鼓浪屿文化的发展创造现代化的条件，在新的时代背景下将鼓浪屿文明提升到新的境界。
[Abstract]:Gulangyu is a national 5A-class tourist area, national scenic spots. However, as tourists poured in and profiteering forms spread like weeds, the unique cultural atmosphere of Gulangyu was torn down layer by layer: noise took the place of tranquility, vulgarity squeezed elegance, and falsehood undermined innocence. A savage mockery of civilization. At the same time, the living environment of Gulangyu gradually deteriorated, resulting in a large number of aboriginal people emigrated, Gulangyu culture is facing a serious crisis of inheritance. The governance of the chaotic phenomenon of Gulangyu has become the focus of the public and the media. It is a difficult problem for the urban public management. It is also the symbol of measuring the cultural literacy of local officials and the concept of administration. Based on the theory of urban culture management, this paper probes into the forming process and inheritance mechanism of Gulangyu culture, analyzes the crisis and its root causes of Gulangyu culture inheritance, and puts forward three ways to solve the Gulangyu cultural inheritance crisis. These ways are evaluated and selected. Gulangyu culture is a system of values, codes of conduct and lifestyle, as well as related garden buildings, public facilities and so on, which are formed in the long-term development of Gulangyu residents. Gulangyu residents are the main body of creating and inheriting Gulangyu culture. The loss of this subject means the disruption of Gulangyu culture, and there is no living Gulangyu culture as an organic whole on Gulangyu Island. The development of low level tourism and the deterioration of community environment are the direct causes of the crisis of cultural inheritance of Gulangyu, and the deviation of government management is the deep reason. Therefore, to resolve the crisis of cultural inheritance of Gulangyu, we must start with the creative transformation of public management and correctly handle the relationship between the humanistic community and the tourist attractions. We must truly respect the dominant position of Gulangyu residents, sincerely maintain the continuity of Gulangyu culture, and sincerely create conditions for modernization of Gulangyu community and the development of Gulangyu culture. In the new era background will Gulangyu civilization to a new state.
