生态文明建设中我国政府与非政府组织合作治理路径创新

【摘要】：文章以四川省生态非政府组织的相关情况为我国生态非政府组织的研究样本,结合生态文明建设中我国政府与非政府组织的合作现状,将公共管理领域的治理理论引入生态文明建设,寻求两者之间的契合点,力求形成"党委领导,政府负责,社会协同,公众参与"的治理格局,构建"跨区域的府际合作治理、官民合作治理"两者有效衔接的治理模式,并为此设计了较为系统的合作治理的方案,力求在生态文明建设领域实现官民合作共治,推动我国生态文明建设的进程。
[Abstract]:Taking the relevant situation of ecological non-governmental organizations in Sichuan Province as the research sample of ecological non-governmental organizations in China, this paper combines the current situation of cooperation between the government and non-governmental organizations in the construction of ecological civilization. Introducing the governance theory in the field of public management into the construction of ecological civilization, seeking the joint point between the two, and striving to form a governance pattern of "the leadership of the Party committee, the responsibility of the government, social cooperation and public participation", and constructing the "inter-government cooperation governance across the region". This paper designs a systematic scheme of cooperative governance in order to realize the cooperative governance of government and people in the field of ecological civilization construction and promote the process of ecological civilization construction in our country.
