基层政法公务员工作压力研究

【摘要】：时代在发展,形势在变化,社会在变迁。随着科学技术的迅猛发展,社会节奏的日益加快,竞争的日渐增强,工作压力较之从前有了很大的增加,也成为普遍存在的一种状态,已经成为一个全球性的热点问题。 当前,随着社会传媒的透明和改革攻坚期社会矛盾的凸显,公务员这一个特殊群体被给予更多的和更挑剔的关注,公共管理中新情况新问题曾出不穷,对公务员提出了更高的要求。基层政法公务员作为政法建设的一线管理者、组织者和实践者,是群众和案件的直接接触者,其工作性质决定了他们往往承受着更大的工作压力。基层政法公务员作为政法建设的中坚力量和希望所在,其队伍建设的状况直接关系到我国政法建设的现状与未来。忽略基层政法公务员的工作压力,任其自然发展而不加管理,长此以往,不仅会损害基层政法公务员的个人身心健康,降低其工作质量,也会直接影响到干群关系,更重要的是,会对国家的安全稳定和发展带来隐患。因此,了解基层政法公务员的压力源及其特点,制定合理的干预和管理措施,增强基层政法公务员的心理健康,对提高基层政法公务员队伍建设质量,保持政法组织的安全稳定以及国家的全面建设等有着特别重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The times are developing, the situation is changing, and the society is changing. With the rapid development of science and technology, the acceleration of social rhythm, the increasing competition, the pressure of work has greatly increased compared with the past, and has become a state of universal existence, has become a global hot issue. At present, with the transparency of social media and the highlight of social contradictions during the period of reform, civil servants as a special group have been given more and more selective attention, and the new situation and new problems in public administration have never been exhausted. Higher demands have been put on civil servants. Grass-roots political and legal civil servants, as the first line managers, organizers and practitioners of the political and legal construction, are the direct contacts of the masses and cases, whose nature of work determines that they are often subject to greater working pressure. As the backbone and hope of the political and legal construction, the basic political and legal civil servants have a direct bearing on the present situation and the future of our country's political and legal construction. Ignoring the work pressure of grass-roots political and legal civil servants and leaving them unmanaged for their natural development will not only damage the physical and mental health of grass-roots political and legal civil servants, reduce their working quality, but also directly affect the relationship between cadres and the masses. More importantly, it will bring hidden dangers to the security, stability and development of the country. Therefore, to understand the source of pressure and its characteristics, to formulate reasonable intervention and management measures, to enhance the psychological health of grass-roots political and legal civil servants, and to improve the quality of the construction of grass-roots political and legal civil servants, It is of great significance to maintain the security and stability of the political and legal organizations and the overall construction of the country.
