我国党政干部工作倦怠心理干预机制的构建——基于西方国家公务员EAP项目的启示

【摘要】：各级党政干部面对日益复杂的公共管理事务,在持续化、高强度的工作付出后,很容易导致工作倦怠。通过分析西方国家公务员EAP项目实施现状,结合前期对广东的调查研究,基于我国行政管理体制改革实际,提出:我国政府应该积极构建预防与消减工作倦怠的心理干预机制CGEAP,切实增强党政干部在工作中的先进性与模范性的持久力,提升政府管理效能。
[Abstract]:Party and government cadres at all levels face more and more complicated public management affairs, which can easily lead to job burnout after continuous and intensive work. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the implementation of the EAP project in western countries, and the previous investigation and research on Guangdong, the paper is based on the reality of the reform of the administrative management system in China. It is suggested that the Chinese government should actively construct a psychological intervention mechanism of preventing and reducing job burnout, CGEAP, to enhance the advanced and exemplary persistence of party and government cadres in their work, and to enhance the efficiency of government management.
