新公共管理视野下我国政府与公民关系重建策略研究

【摘要】：我国是一个社会主义发展中国家,而在一个社会主义国家建设的过程当中,政府与公民的关系变得尤为重要,是一个具有历史性意义的重要问题。在我国的政府与公民的关系当中,存在着许许多多的问题,层次不一。现代化国家的政府与公民的关系是平等的、友好的。本文首先对新公共管理进行了详细的分析,包括概述、产生的背景以及主要内容;其次对在公共管理上产生的问题进行了论述;最后,对在新公共管理下的法治社会中,对政府和公民的关系重新做了正确的定位。
[Abstract]:China is a socialist developing country, and in the process of building a socialist country, the relationship between government and citizens becomes particularly important, which is an important issue of historic significance. In the relationship between government and citizens, there are many problems and different levels. The relationship between government and citizens in modern countries is equal and friendly. Firstly, this paper analyzes the new public management in detail, including the overview, the background and the main contents; secondly, discusses the problems in the public management; finally, it discusses the rule of law society under the new public management. The relationship between the government and citizens has been re-positioned.
