二战后英国体育政策进展

【摘要】：二战后,英国某些地方政府开始重视体育的发展;60年代,中央政府逐渐关注社区体育活动的开展情况;70年代,普遍推广社区体育;80年代和90年代期间,政府制定一系列体育政策,使体育公共管理更为科学化。进入21世纪后,讲求体育与社会整体的发展,其核心是提供平等参与体育的机会,提倡分享体育,凸显其在现代化生活品质中的必要性。受伦敦奥运会的影响,体育成为保持和提升国家声望的"工具"。目前,英国体育政策的发展就是在"利民"和"利国"之间维持平衡。
[Abstract]:After World War II, some local governments in Britain began to attach importance to the development of sports; in the 1960s, the central government gradually paid attention to the development of community sports activities; During the 1980's and 90's, the government formulated a series of sports policies to make the public management of sports more scientific. After entering the 21st century, the core of sports and the development of society as a whole is to provide equal opportunities to participate in sports, to advocate sharing sports, and to highlight its necessity in the quality of modern life. Influenced by the London Olympics, sport has become a tool to maintain and enhance the country's reputation. At present, the development of British sports policy is to maintain a balance between "benefit the people" and "benefit the country".
