物联网条件下的河南省鲜活农产品流通渠道研究

【摘要】:河南省是我国重要的鲜活农产品生产地,多种产品产量位居全国前列,而且其鲜活农产品的出口贸易量在全国范围内占有很大份额。但是,随着互联网、物联网等信息技术的迅猛发展和社会经济的不断进步,鲜活农产品的消费需求发生了很大变化,而且近年来不断出现的食品质量安全、农产品价格高、农产品的流通效率低等问题,对鲜活农产品传统流通模式提出了挑战,培育和创新鲜活农产品流通渠道成了当务之急。 本文首先对国内外研究现状和相关概念理论进行了分析,其次应用历史分析法、对比分析法、相关文献法等研究方法,分析总结出河南地区鲜活农产品流通发展的主要模式,通过研究,凭借一般性分析和具体性分析,比较系统的阐述了当前河南地区的鲜活农产品流通渠道现状,找出了当前河南地区鲜活农产品流通中存在的四大问题。根据农产品供应链管理理论和物联网相关理论,将现代农产品流通管理理念与物联网技术结合研究,引入鲜活农产品流通渠道物联网结构模式的新思路,构建河南省鲜活农产品基于物联网条件下的流通渠道,并对其发展策略进行阐述。将物联网技术应用于农产品流通领域,可以很好地改善鲜活农产品品质,解决流通环节中的农产品质量安全问题,提高鲜活农产品的流通效率,同时掌握与提供更加及时、高效、准确的农产品流通信息服务,降低市场主体之间的信息不对称。 河南省鲜活农产品流通渠道存在的四大问题是:物流设施现代化程度低;零售商和供应商的关系存在失衡;鲜活农产品安全监测机制尚不健全;鲜活农产品市场信息不对称。针对这四大问题,通过对物联网相关理论、农产品物流信息网和农产品供应链管理理论的应用和对国外流通渠道的成功经验借鉴,结合河南地区的实际情况,提出基于物联网条件下河南省鲜活农产品流通渠道的模式:第一,物联网条件下的鲜活农产品供销大网络构建;第二,物联网条件下的农业生产信息监测系统构建;第三,物联网条件下的鲜活农产品安全检测系统构建;第四,物联网条件下的鲜活农产品物流信息网络建设。
[Abstract]:Henan Province is an important production place of fresh agricultural products in China, and the output of many kinds of products ranks among the top in the country, and its export trade volume of fresh agricultural products occupies a large share in the whole country. However, with the Internet, With the rapid development of information technology, such as the Internet of things, and the continuous progress of social economy, the consumption demand for fresh agricultural products has changed greatly. Moreover, in recent years, food quality and safety have been constantly appearing, and the prices of agricultural products are high. The low circulation efficiency of agricultural products has challenged the traditional circulation mode of fresh agricultural products, and it is urgent to cultivate and innovate the circulation channels of fresh agricultural products. In this paper, the current situation of domestic and foreign research and related conceptual theories are analyzed, and then the main models of circulation and development of fresh agricultural products in Henan are analyzed and summarized by using historical analysis, comparative analysis, and related literature methods. Through research, with the help of general analysis and concrete analysis, this paper systematically expounds the current situation of circulation channels of fresh and live agricultural products in Henan. This paper finds out the four problems existing in the circulation of fresh agricultural products in Henan. According to the theory of supply chain management of agricultural products and the relevant theory of Internet of things, the paper combines the concept of modern agricultural product circulation management with the technology of Internet of things. This paper introduces a new way of thinking to construct the circulation channel of fresh agricultural products under the condition of Internet of things in Henan Province, and expatiates on its development strategy, and applies the technology of Internet of things to the field of circulation of agricultural products. It can improve the quality of fresh and live agricultural products, solve the quality and safety problems of agricultural products in circulation links, improve the circulation efficiency of fresh agricultural products, and at the same time master and provide more timely, efficient and accurate information services for the circulation of agricultural products. Reduce information asymmetry between market entities. There are four problems in the circulation channels of fresh agricultural products in Henan Province: the modernization of logistics facilities is low, the relationship between retailers and suppliers is out of balance, the safety monitoring mechanism of fresh agricultural products is not perfect; The market information of fresh agricultural products is asymmetric. In view of these four problems, through the application of the relevant theories of the Internet of things, the agricultural product logistics information network and the supply chain management theory of agricultural products, and the successful experience of foreign circulation channels, According to the actual situation in Henan province, this paper puts forward the circulation channel model of fresh agricultural products under the condition of Internet of things: first, the construction of large network of supply and marketing of fresh agricultural products under the condition of Internet of things; second, The construction of agricultural production information monitoring system under the condition of Internet of things; third, the construction of safety detection system of fresh agricultural products under the condition of Internet of things; 4th, the construction of logistics information network of fresh agricultural products under the condition of Internet of things.
